COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based psychotherapy. We use this treatment to help people understand their core beliefs. They become aware of how their thinking impacts their emotions and behaviours. Through knowing and with intention, people shift their beliefs, how they feel, and respond differently.

NARRATIVE THERAPY

Narrative Therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based psychotherapy. We approach people's experiences (stories) with curiosity. Once explored, stories allow people to reframe their identity. People acknowledge their skills, abilities, and beliefs, through which they overcome the problem and reduce the effect it has on their relationships and their lives.
